  • At your office. We bring all lighting, camera, and backdrop equipment to your site.

  • A quiet boardroom, meeting room, or open area of approximately 3m x 4m is ideal to position the backdrop and lighting comfortably.

  • Yes. This service is engineered around visual consistency. Everyone is photographed against the same background under identical lighting.

  • Once calibrated, individual sessions take between 5 and 10 minutes per person. We can comfortably photograph 6 to 8 people per hour.

  • Most people dislike having their portrait taken. Charlie provides simple, encouraging direction throughout the session to make the process easy and fast.

  • We send a brief style guide prior to the shoot day. Generally, sharp business attire or standard office smart-casual in solid colors works best.

  • Yes. An on-site hair and makeup artist for light touch-ups (shine control, hair flyaways) can be added to any package upon request.

  • We provide an online proofing gallery for individual staff to select their favourite shot, or your marketing/HR lead can select the images centrally.

    Once your selections are final we commence the retouching.

  • Standard delivery is 5 business days from the moment final selections are made. Express 48-hour delivery is available for urgent media releases.
